At Titas Footwear, we want you to step out in confidence; if your shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Shoes

Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the quality of the returned shoes, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
